Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped out with Canadian major shipping companies such as FedEx, CanPar, Purolator or UPS. At this time, we do not ship with Canada Post.

It takes 1 business day to process an order and mails out the following business day.

Yes, store pick-up is an option. You can select "In-Store Pick-Up" at check-out.

Returns and Exchanges

Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of receipt.

Merchandise may only be exchanged for another item or store credit.

Merchandise must be in original sale condition and must have all tags in-tact and unharmed.

All items sold on sale are a final sale and may not be returned.

Shipping and handling will not be refunded and returned items are sent back at purchaser's cost. All items must in inspected for any damage or discrepancies before an exchange or credit is issued.
