Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped out with Canadian major shipping companies such as, but not limited to, FedEx, CanPar, Purolator, Canada Post or UPS.

Orders will be processed, packed and shipped out within 5 business days.

Orders placed for in-store pick up will be ready within 1 business day.

Returns and Exchanges

Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of receipt.

Merchandise may only be exchanged for another item or store credit.

Merchandise must be in original sale condition and must have all tags in-tact and unharmed.

All items sold on sale are a final sale and may not be returned.

Shipping and handling will not be refunded and returned items are sent back at purchaser's cost. All items must in inspected for any damage or discrepancies before an exchange or credit is issued.

**Due to our small quantity buying philosophy, it may be possible an out of stock item is sold yet is unavailable. Out of stock items will be refunded promptly and customer will be notified.**
